Services 
Curtis and Associates Counseling Services provides: individual counseling, group counseling, couple counseling, psych-educational and family counseling. Curtis and Associates staff consist of Licensed-Chemical Dependency Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselor Interns, Parent Educators, Licensed Social Workers and Community Health Workers.

Curtis and Associates Counseling Services accepts the following Insurances: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Health, Traditional Medicaid and Molina.

Payment 
Cash and money order are accepted forms of payment
Classes Curtis and Associates provided the following classes on an individual/group basis ( parenting, anger-management, and domestic violence. Please call the agency to get prices for the above classes. 


Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the agency at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $45.00 before the next scheduled session.
